Description
Most products and services that people buy are offered by many competing businesses that sell literally the same or similar products at almost the same prices. There is virtually nothing to differentiate the products other than the name of the business and its location. Even goods and services that have identifiable brand names cannot escape competition because of close substitutes. Given this situation, the main reason then why people buy from one business and not another boils down to proximity to the product and the customer care they receive.
